has anyone noticed that if they give up soft drinks (diet ones) that the weight comes of easier? i was wondering?

I don't know if I can give them up because they are my coffee it wakes me up in the morning. the caffiene keeps me rollin' for the stresful day at work.

any input?

notswanlake , will be starting again on my diet damnit!  i have gotten really lazy.  and besides... i am dancing 3 days a week now, so i am exercising more.

Yes, I worked out today! After my Bio test I went directly to the gym, and didn't pass go, so i walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes. I walked around the track from 5 minutes. This was a good workout. It woke me up since, I couldn't for the life of me get to sleep last night.

I haven't calculated the AP's yet, but it will be nice.

Perhaps Matt and I will go walking later after we chill with some buddies.

i didn't work out because I fell asleep after i got home from school. i was really tired. Today was my day off i guess.

i also didn't get enough water 52oz. I want to start drinking like 70-90 oz a day.

i need to exercise more as well.
